The parent of Sunglass Hut Trading Corporation is Luxottica Group Spa, based in Milan, Italy. Sunglass Hut International (SGH)

Founded in Miami, Florida in 1971, SGH is the world’s largest specialty fashion sunglass retailer with more than 2000 locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, the Caribbean, Mexico, and the Pacific Rim. SGH is a category leader in the premium ($30+) sunglass market. In 2001, Luxottica - then owners of Ray-Ban and Lenscrafters - acquired Sunglass Hut.

SGH currently operates in over 60 airports, with an aggressive growth plan for these operations. Through a joint venture agreement, SGH has joined forces with Corliss Stone-Littles, LLC ("CSL") as its joint venture partner in a number of its airport activities across the United States. This national commitment allows SGH to focus on their long-range goals by leveraging the value of this joint venture partnership.

The Sunglass Hut operations of CSL currently co-manages 13 locations -- comprised of both in-line stores and kiosks located in some of the nation’s busiest airports.
